I sent a transaction about 10 days ago from my Electrum wallet, it never got confirmed and wrote into a block.

And I can see the "received time " and "Network Propagation" are updated everyday, looking like an automatic resend... I changed different server but it does not help.

Any idea is appreciated.

The transaction is pretty big (2.7 kB), plus it has a output less than 0.01 BTC. You will need to pay more fees if you want the transaction to be confirmed anytime soon. I suggest a fee of 0.001 BTC per kB. Read this topic for how to resend it with a higher fee: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232979.0.
