I´ve been looking for a way to buy Ethereum with Fiat money and have them sent to my MEW. Coinbase doesn't work in my country. Coinmama it's taking for ever to verify.
I suggest you to use Waves DEX, although it's not the cheapest option. But at least, on Waves DEX you don't have stupid limits, banned countries or other bullshit you have on traditional exchanges like Coinbase.

There is a new exchange Livecoin.net with a lot of users in the market, may be you haven't tried them yet but i have many trades over the platform with smooth deposit experience. They allow you to buy multiple coins using many different payment options, their customer support is also on time, you can try livecoin and share your experience

Localethreum excahnge is a good option to buy ethereum with fiat currency,it is just works likes the localbitcoins.com with the decentralized escrows.But I am not yet used this service because I can buy ethereum with the coinbase in my country it is simple so I am always using coinbase. Or you can buy bitcoins with localbitcoins if your country doesn't support any other exchange which allows us to buy ethereum with fiat then you just move the bitcoins from the localbitcoins to anyother exchange like poloniex then buy ethereum with it,the fee is very cheap in localbitcoins for now so it is affordable for everyone. I just check out this exchange which is called localethereum which maybe works like a localbitcoin.com so it is easy for us to get ethereum here with fiat money,but I don't know this exchange is available on all the countries.

First of all you said you are trying to buy ETH with CARD, WHY? Buying any Crypto with card is Expensive, Lenthy Verification, Charges from Banking Institution & Alot MoreMy suggestion with my own experience, (I am Currently with Coinbase, Bittrex, Bitstamp, Polo) being a regular and verified costumer since 2012, If i try to add a different Bank account or Different card account under my name also they take few days to verify so of course if you are new to them and want to use Card in the first transaction it might take long to verify or you might end up rejected so you can go head and process for Bank Wire, That is the best way to get verified faster and to startup, Once you get verified from bank transfer and you can add your credit card for next Order which will cost you extra in fees but at least this process will help you adding your Card to account. Good Luck

@undeadbitcoiner I needed with card because i did not have any btc to trade with. Now I went to localbitcoins and found some traders in my own country and just mad a bank transfer and I already have my btc. Guess from now on that is what I will do. Get the btc in localbitcoins and then trade.
@h0lybyte I will check livecoin.net, thanks!
@journeyman12 Thanks for the shapeshift input!
One questions: Is it smart to get the btc, then trade it for lets say XRP in a hope XRP price will rise up? Or is it better tojust hold the BTC?
Thank you guys!

That's good you were success in your trade, You focused on Card point my whole point was bank transfer and bank account verification with online exchanges that's a way easier way, Good luck in your next trade and about your next question about XRP if you are good in trade than its a good idea to invest your BTC in alt coins so you can make some extra Botcoins in the mean time BTC price will go up and you will have more BTC than you have now so Answer of your second question is within your capability so you have to ask yourself if you are good in trade than you are going to make a lot from small amount of BTC and if your investment gone wrong you need to wait. Confused? don't worry if you invested in some coins that didn't rise price in few days than just wait its Crypto so any investment in Crypto will give you profit just the matter of time some coin can make you rich by Tonight and some by few years.

@undeadbitcoiner Thanks for your advise. Any one knows of a safe XRP wallet? I don't like leaving my coins in the exchange sites...

Bitpanda.com gives the opportunity to buy Eth with fiat through several payment methods and with moderate fees. My own experiences are good.

I got my last bit of significant ETH from BitPanda, and that happened to be at a really good price (caught it when the market was really low, and when I was confirming my order it got even lower). In fact, you can just fund the account there and leave your EUR in their wallet until you want to make a buy (instant) when the price is to your liking. It's centralized of course, but they have had a good reputation for years (Austria based, crypto friendly government).
If you want to do P2P I also recommend Bisq.
Both above recommended by reputable users, that's how I heard of them.

You should look at Gemini. You can buy BTC/ETH with fiat. Not sure about buying with your card though, I only tried ACH and Wire transfer (money available same day)
