FUD and weak hands.

Several months ago, cryptocurrency got a huge injection of funds.  However, those are from new investors who doesn't know much about the crypto volatility.  They panic easily (weak hands) and cash out when market start to go down triggering an avalanche.  What remains are the ones who understand crypto and those like you who are itching to sell but can't (another form of weak hands).

We are in recovery mode now but it will be slower since half of the funds are gone.  Crypto need infusion of cash to grow and hopefully this time it will be "organic" and not a sudden surge from a massive group of ignorant investors (like before).

The best stance really as of the moment is to hold your investments and wait until the prices goes up again once confidence has been restored on Cryptos. The whales are definitely doing something else now since they cannot really do anything right now.

Specifically because of many FUD's that keep popping, literally if bitcoin is in dip most of altcoins are in drop too I think that is fairly to see how the market goes.

I think it is a good time to buy some dips cause there might be a bullish run because of this drop. Prefer major altcoins on buying they are good to hold.

It caused by we are in the bearish time of crypto but i think that this is only happening for once in a year. I was seeing some previous chart that gives a lot of explanation regarding the latest condition of crypto and it seems like we are still at the bottom of crypto. Bitcoin gives a lot of impact to another altcoin. Because the price of bitcoin was correlated with altcoin.

May some individuals especially those who are hated crypto will continue spread FUDs that really give a huge impact to the crypto community which make weak believer will surely losen their trust.

But the fact is that the news was misinterpreted as the finance minister of India told that It is not a legal tender. Still exchanges are operating smoothly. Next China Ban followed by South Korea ban all FUD. The positive is that market has absorbed all FUD. In next few weeks we can see good rally in bitcoin followed by altcoins.

I think selling at the current time is not the right things to do and that is why you have to hold with the aim of selling it high in the future. All this coins getting dumped are going to rise again in future and of a truth holding it right now should be what any wise holders should do.

There are a lot of reasons for this drop. One is that the market is undergoing its normal cycle and is just doing a normal correction, another is that it ia removing weak hands since crypto is not for the faint of heart. In addition, regulation is trying to catch up and is having a hard time since crypto is fast evolving that is why they are being aggressive and applying hard brakes for us to atleast slow down and let them catch up. Also, there are also the old people who are scared of what they dont know, and is afraid of changing the status quo wherein they can say who can make it or not.
