On 2 of my 3 rigs that I am running I have NO issue with the OverdrivenTool setting power parameters with the .bat file when the Rig starts up from boot up.

but on my 1st Rig it has started to give me an error after applying the OC settings. It pops up and says "cannot apply power parameters" and I have to click ok 3 times (probably only doing it to 3 cards out of the 6)

So out of my 3 R card rigs, this is the only one giving me that issue.

I have 3 Nitro RX 570 8gb (Samsung memory) cards and 3 Asus Strix RX 570 4gb (Hynix memory I believe) cards on Rig 1. it has a 1200w HP server PSU to power the risers and GPUs and a Corsair 500 ATX power supply for Mobo, CPU, and SSD. All power is coming from a 240v outlet. It was giving me this error when I had to plugged into 120v outlets also in my house. I recently deleted the OverdrivenTool and redownloaded it and this did not resolve the issue either.

I have searched high and low for an answer to why this might be doing this. I am about to wipe the Rig and reinstall windows to see if that doesn't fix things if I don't get any good leads to check on through here.

I will post a pic tonight if needed once I get off my day job.

any advice is appreciated UNLESS you just tell me to switch to Linux. thanks for the help.
