Suddenly they no longer are doing buyback "in a few days". I've never seen a company make an announcement then stall and delay. Is it really that hard to do the buy?

Can you show me a source that stated "a few days". All announcements I have seen stated a price range of 0.004 to 0.005 USD to trigger buy back. That price has not arrived since the announcement so no buy back occurred yet |

Buy back will happen when the team need the tokens, if the price hits that range before they need them, they will buy back then.
If they need the tokens before that range is reached, then they will buy at the current lower prices. UUU on verge of breakout. No FUD please.
