I have finished setting up a tigercoin pool at http://tgc.sonicrules.org/

It uses mmcfe-ng and eloipool.

Stratum Port: 3334
Getwork Port: 9001
Reward Type: PPLNS
Fee: 1.5%

When you register, it might tell you to validate through email.  Don't worry about it, just log in anyways.
If you do get an email, ignore it.
