Are you using the Drivers automatic Windows or Mining Edition AMD Drivers?. If using 'Drivers Windows', so it uninstalls using DDU software then install newest Mining Edition AMD Drivers.

I have heard that the GPU is damaged or lost and overheat. And the area where I'm in is very sleek. So I can not dare to do GPU mod or Overclock.

The best coin to mine currently is BitcoinZ.
Unfornutaly, this coin use EquiHash algorithm and your AMD GPUs are worth for this algo (and a lot others).
With your AMD GPU, you can mine only EtherHash, but be carrefull to the power consumption.

Soon ?
Do you know the Ethereum history ?
PoS with Ethereum is delayed year after year since the begining.
Some cryptographic specialist tell that PoS is impossible with Ethereum because it is a Turing complete shitcoin.
Ethereum is dead.

everybody has the definition 'soon' is different. maybe 'soon' is tomorrow, maybe 1 week later, 1 month later, 1 year or 2,3,4 year later or the ETH never to be Pos. You can calculate own from current Dag Size, how many ETH when released and how many current amount ETH. But ETH issue from POW to POS only to be news consumption. In fact, doesn't somebody know when the ETH coins to be POS except only those involved in the creation and development of ETH.

AMD cards are superb for Cryptonight coins, do a little research and you just might get lucky Wink!
Also, consider BIOS modding and overclock.

Coins with better profitability are not available on whattomine.com . When it appears there, the difficulty mining increases sharply and the profit falls.

I recommend this site. It adds coins (mostly cryptonotes) as soon as they are announced and also has a page that ranks them with respect to mining profit.
