because there's a lot of scam ICO ...

That's what YOU should be researching.

You can use a few websites that make a overview over each ICO like this one[1] to help you. But then, you MUST do your own research and check if everything the site said is true. You can't blindly trust those websites or anyone else because most of those websites are getting paid to shill certain scam ICO's. That's why the first rule of the cryptocurrency world is: don't trust anyone.
