I don’t see why this guy is going to be right with his predictions. There are so many making predictions that at least one is going to be right, that’s for sure.
There's no guarantee at all. Trading isn't about being right every time, it's about being right more often than not and making sure your average winner is bigger than your average loser.

Even if bear markets have had an average like that, there is nothing to guarantee that this time is going to remain the same. As he says: “It seems…” It seems to me that this time will be like that… or not.
Although that is true to some extent markets are driven by human psychology, the emotions of fear and greed. People tend to repeat the same actions over and over which explains why so many repeating patterns can be seen in markets.
