据韩联社报道，在2月9日举行的国会企划财政部全体会议上，与会人员针对加密货币政策问题进行了讨论，民主党议员朴映宣表示，对于加密货币出海投机的情况，政府应该果断采取对策，及时排查流向海外的投机分子是否违反了《外汇交易法》。企划财政部部长金东渊对此表示，韩国外汇政策规定，作为旅游出海的公民，旅游经费不能超过1万美元，并且需要向海关申报，但是因违反《外汇交易法》而进行处罚的措施尚不明确，因此他们正在考虑是否需要修改法律，以改善加密货币海外投机的情况。
