Property Coin Bounty Campaign Official Rules 1. Introduction By submitting an application (an “Application”) to participate in the Property Coin Bounty Campaign (the “Campaign”) and accepting the terms herein, you agree to be bound by the following rules (the “Official Rules”), which constitute a binding agreement between you, on one hand, and Aperture, on the other, and all of its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees. Aperture and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective agents, officers, directors, shareholders, employees are collectively referred to herein as the “Bounty Entities”). 2. Certain Defined Terms: - “Application Form” shall have the meaning given in Section 4.
- “Campaign Assets” mean the digital and other intellectual property assets used in the Campaign, including, but not limited to, the Property Coin Avatar, the Property Coin Personal Text, and the Property Coin Signature.
- “Campaign Period”: the Campaign shall commence on Friday 9th February, at 6AM PST and end on Monday 9th April, at 6AM PST.
- “Property Coin Avatar” means: An icon representing Property Coin as specified on the Property Coin bounty thread.
- “Property Coin Personal Text” means: Property Coin main slogan used in advertising materials.
- “Property Coin Signature means”: The Bitcoin Thread registered user signature as specified on the Property Coin bounty thread.
- “Spam” means irrelevant or unsolicited messages.
- “Stakes” means the share received in the specified total reward amount.
3. Eligibility Participation in the Campaign is open only to persons 13 years or older as of the commencement of the Campaign Period. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (a "Minor"), one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Official Rules with application form, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules on behalf of you and themselves. Employees, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), including household members of Bounty Entities are not eligible to participate. By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Bounty Entities from any injury, loss, death, damage, action, claim, demand or other liability that may occur from participation in this Campaign or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any award. Aperture reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. This Campaign is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware. 4. How to Enter Submit an application form (an “Application Form”) for each program by 6th April 2018. To be valid, an Application Form must include the following minimum information: ETH wallet address, Bitcointalk username. Additional information may be required in accordance with certain individual campaigns, as described below. 5. Signature Campaign Weekly Rewards:- Full Member: 1 stake per week (+0.25 stake for avatar)
- Senior Member: 1,5 stakes per week (+0,25 stake for avatar)
- Hero Member: 2 stakes per week (+0,25 stake for avatar)
- Legendary: 2,25 stakes per week (+0,25 stake for avatar)
Signature Campaign Rules:- Participants must have Full Member or greater status on Bitcoin Talk.
- Multiple accounts will be banned.
- Spam is prohibited.
- Participants must post at least two (2) constructive posts, relevant to the recent official announcements from Property Coin or each week.
- Posts should be made in either altcoin sections or Bitcoin sections of Bitcoin Talk. Posts in off topic sections of Bitcoin Talk will not be accepted.
- Participants must wear the Property Coin Signature, Property Coin Avatar and Property Coin Personal Text throughout the Campaign Period.
- Do not fill the form without wearing our signature, or you will be rejected.
- Each post will be reviewed. Low-quality posts, as determined in the sole discretion of the Bounty Parties, may result in a participant’s receiving zero stakes for a given week.
- An award of zero stakes in two weeks may result in a participant’s disqualification from the Campaign.
- Posts must be spread across the days of a given week; multiple posts made in a single day will not be counted.
