Too many didn't bother to read the rules first. 😂 Hope member rank can join in signature campaign. So unfortunate I've cannot join the campaign for signature. 4. How to Enter
Submit an application form (an “Application Form”) for each program by 6th April 2018. To be valid, an Application Form must include the following minimum information: ETH wallet address, Bitcointalk username. Additional information may be required in accordance with certain individual campaigns, as described below.

Yeah i can't find the reason why everyone in the spreadsheet is rejected but i wonder about point no 4 and still monitoring spreadsheet. So i didn't register until now. Not yet.
