Because that doesnt pay the power bill, I can get money in paypal and pay my bills with it! selling on an exchange doesnt help me.

I can switch for bitcoin then sell the btc but the rate between btc-e and bitstamp is so close that it is not worth it.

I think what you are really asking is why do I sell coins for paypal is that what you want to know?
