Take the number of erupters you want and multiply it by 0.13btc
Add on 0.07 btc for the shipping

UPDATE:
As of today SSB has opened it up to anyone with a US address so cut the middleman and go straight to him now. Thanks for ordering if you did. I forwarded tracking numbers as soon as I got them and they should arrive soon.
