Withdrawal error BTCz

Hi!

I need help. Just bought BTCzs in Stocks Exchange and tryed to withdraw to my BTCz wallet. I put the private address to withdraw, but there is a withdraw error in Stocks Exchange and no tokens in my exchange balance and also no tokens in my wallet. I made few transactions before (last month) with no issue. However it is true that then I used Transparent (public) address not private address. Plese help.
