This is awesome!  I for one will be switching out the chips on my Gen One Avalon with the 55nm chips if they can ROI!

So I guess you'll not be switching then.

To have the gall to start promoting yet another product with all of the existing stranded customers, manufacturers and resellers is truly amazing.

So you had the resources to bring a 2nd generation chip to market but couldn't fulfill your obligations to the original people who put faith in your business?

Get stuffed.

It is on the border of being grandiose delusional.

It's a shame for a company like Avalon to end up like this.

Maybe it's the "first" badluck. First in the ASIC race, first to fail?

Avalon and Yifu specifically have ignored my requests to add my trade-ins to my store account.  It took 5 months to receive my 2 x batch #3 avalon as well.

I do not recommend anyone order from them again unless they correct their horrible business patterns.

I am still out $2500 in trade-ins.  This does not even represent the economic loss in revenue / profit.  I am definitely considering suing them and starting a class action law suit.  If I go the legal route, I will push for criminal charges at the Federal level as well.

I have timestamps of tickets, emails, and messages recorded.  I have logs of transactions received as well.   I think it would be quite easy to win a legal case.

Where are you located?  I think he registered his business in Nevada.
Not sure what the laws are like over there?

Meh Avalon will be fine, they offered and refunded anyone who wanted it from B3 and chip orders.  There is more than enough optimistic investors waiting to throw millions of dollars worth of BTC at Avalon as soon as they will accept it.  BFL is still in business and IMO BFL is significantly worse than Y I FU
