Hello!! I am a newbie exploring ICOs. I'd like to understand whats so special about RKT and DGTX tokens that they are sold within minutes? I see lots of ICOs still open for an extended period time and offering for sale. Does that mean those tokens that does not sell that quick are all a scam?
How do people find these coins have potential(or think so)? I think supply is one of the factors, max coins less than 100 million is supposed to grow more in price, like I read in some analysis.
Your insight is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Well, about the relationship of fraud and the speed of fundraising ...

Speed and deception are not connected.

Speed is connected not only with the level of prospects and risks, but also with marketing and advertising.
