How to get praise. This is too difficult for me.

If BBS is able to issue some tasks, do it, get the thumbs up. I'm just guessing,

Praise? Do you mean merit? And ‘BBS’? It looks a little as though you might be using Google Translate or something similar. If you struggle with English, it will be difficult for you to earn merit in English speaking boards, but it may be easier in whatever sub-boards exist for your native language.
