I'm trying to send a deposit amount to a web site and I get this error message

Insufficient Funds
This transaction cannot be sent because there are insufficent funds available. This may be due to additional miners fees or unconfirmed transactions.

The transaction can either be cancelled. Or the amount to send can be adjusted to match the maximum amount available to send.

Even if I lower the amount I want to send to 1 cents worth of Bitcoins I get the same message! I currently have 0.0003491 in my account.
Can you not send micro payments using Blockchain?

Can you not move your thread to "service discussion" board?

They're there, in their room.
Your mining rig is on fire, yet you're very calm.

Depending on what service you are sending from or the settings of your wallet, it is likely that the default fee is more than the total you are trying to send. I know a lot of them use 0.005, or something like that, for micro-transactions. Even if it was 0.001 you wouldn't have enough. If it is a wallet, you should be able to adjust the fee you pay, but without a fee on such a tiny transaction, it could take forever to actually go through.

Ok so if i have 4 cents in my account sending the 4 cents will cost me over 5 cents that's why I'm getting that message?

This pull defines 'uneconomic dust' as 54.3 uBTC (5430 satoshis, about $0.007 at current prices), and treats any transaction with outputs less than 5430 satoshis as non-standard (won't be relayed, won't be mined). 5430 satoshis is derived from the cost (in fees) to spend a TxOut/TxIn. See https://people.xiph.org/~greg/txouts2.png for proportion of recent outputs this will (eventually) affect.

your transaction is about 4 cents in size - I am not sure but I think that may be the issue

If I can't send out micropayments how does a faucet send out its tiny payments?
