Why do morons like you post FUD spreading topics like this? Enjoy your tags you absolute idiot.

For any readers, there is no blanket ban of cryptocurrency, or even bitcoin in Europe. The above idiot is simply trying to manipulate the market and will obviously fail because he can barely spell.
It’s rather unfortunate that we have people like this in this forum because all that they seem to care is to spread FUD in this forum and thus making some people sell their bitcoins.

In each country is similar and you can only pay you need to know where and from which the tax is deducted. Unfortunately, such VISA channels blocked the possibility of shopping. Detriment...

Bitcoin is not regulated without the applicable legal framework. However, a recent ruling in the EU court system states that Bitcoin is exempt from VAT taxes in any EU member state.

How is one supposed to cash out? Cannot make legally cash out...  Undecided help
This is also a question that our nation is trying to solve. Owning crypto as a way to hide, your finances from tax evasion. Many are trying to turn the money into Altcoin, but banks are trying to squeeze their deposits anonymously.

There are different countries in Europe. Old Europe does not block the use of bitcoins. In Europe there are countries of the former USSR. Such as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus. They have a different situation. Belarus is on the way to full legalization of bitcoin. Ukraine has not decided on its attitude towards bitcoin but is moving towards legalization. Russia is also not decided yet but there might be a ban. Requests for assistance should be specific.

Bitcoin has increased a lot in popularity since it was created in 2009 but there still remain several regions around the world where it, and other cryptocurrencies such as Litecoin and Ethereum, are classified as illegal and not recognized as a legitimate form of currency.

They've been doing this lately Lol. If I am not mistaken they've already done it before yet in the end the still allow it. Now it goes back to the same situation again and maybe the government haven't understood that they cannot control it's user and it just continue on trading on the blackmarket

You are right that members here are intelligent or experienced enough to recognize that these are not genuine posts. But what about the visitors coming through Google search. Since the visitor will notice that the information is shared on a  reputed forum, he might believe it. Also, everyone does not have the time to go through all comments. Especially the organic visitors who are looking for specific information, read only the top of post. We should do something about these type of posts.

There is no bitcoin bann in Europe, there is no bitcoin ban also, there is an autobahn but that's something else.

Next time when you start a thread, put a normal title with the essence of your problem.
Something like "EU citizen, need help cashing out".

Now, back to your problem, where do you live, where and how have you tried to cash out?
What do you mean by not being legal?
A few details if you want help!!!!

yeah, i am agree with you. if it about asking help, just as help. if there is really news about bitcoin banned in europe fill the link below.

Europe haven't made a legal ban over bitcoin. Europe has different cryptocurrency exchanges which helps in the cash out of bitcoin. Now this might have got into more regulation, based on which there is not much of complications found in cashing out of bitcoin through exchanges and trading websites.

On the contrary, Bitcoin is seeing strong support, specially from Germany, which is a major player in Europe.

Yes you can, use exchange for example bitstamp and withdraw money to your bank account.

After you do that, go to your tax office and pay tax. Buying and selling cryptocurency is legal in Europe  Wink
