In order of best return on time to put up IMO:
Grandcoin Philisopherstone Hobonickels Lebowkis Casinocoin Anoncoin Androidstoken Craftcoin Valuecoin Mincoin Gil Novacoin Litecoin Krugercoin Stablecoin PPCoin Namecoin Devcoin Bytecoin I0coin
I would really like to see a BTC pool with as many of these Sha256 coins on merged mining as possible... do that, and get some of these more profitable Scrypt coins going, and you will have a ton of newcomers.
P.S.
You may also want to look at:
Scrypt-Jane: CENT, Gold Pressed Latinum
To be continued...

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

PPC, NMC and YAC are a must to be taken serious as a real exchange. I0C, IXC and DVC would be nice IMHO.

Asiccoin is running good. What else is needed? Look around on https://coinex.pw and try out mining straight into your Balance with Desktop Notifications!

I personally love coinex. Especially that the mining pools and the exchange site connected.
I would vote for Cloudcoin CDC. It would be so nice to mine it and trade it at the same time, since their miningpool is not that efficient. And I don't like beer exchange that much.
