What's an ICO or an Initial Coin Offering? How can it help me?

That question is popping up quite a bit, more so, after an announced ICO.

What's an ICO? An ICO is essentially a rollout of a cryptocurrency. In this case, we talking about "KARATBank Coin" to hit the market in April.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I saw this post yesterday. Shilling a project with no white paper or dev team. Ico allows you to invest money into a new company with new ideas before it becomes mass adopted

The initial coin offering is a fundraising mechanism in which new projects sell their underlining crypto tokens in exchange for bitcoin and other Cryptocurrencies it is similar to the initial public offering is offered in the stock market in which the investors purchase the shares of the company.

~snip~
Pretending on having a question on whats an ICO but you are just indirectly spreading out your referral link on karatbanks which is really a bad idea since posting referral links is prohibited into this forum.Better to put it on your signature space dude. Most people do know here on whats ICO(initial coin offering) where it do happen when a certain project needs funding. You are just collecting referrals on here.
