Don't panic, when you send a send Bitcoin from one address to another address it takes some time to confirm. At that stage, you can say the transaction is unspent but as soon as you get like 1 confirmation your coins Expendables. Get some basic idea about Bitcoin from this https://bitcoin.org/en/you-need-to-know. And also if you have some basic questions like this one then go to the beginner's section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0

Actually that transaction has been confirmed very fast, to be more specific in 2 minutes so there is nothing wrong with it.
From which exchange have you sent it and where?
Maybe problem is in exchange or maybe you sent it to wrong address?

If your account hasn't been credited, then you need to contact the exchange. Other than confirming that everything looks good on the block chain, it would be difficult for anyone else to help determine why it has not been credited.

I swear I've never heard of rightbtc in my entire existence. I hope you have a good reason to use that specific exchange, it could be Bitgrail 2.0

Use binance imho. it just works fantastically well.
As for checking on the blockchain you can just google "bitcoin block explorer" and then enter the wallet address there in the top right.
The exchange will say how many confirmations they require, some require 2,3 or 6. once the blockchain shows sufficient confirmations the funds should clear out.

Hope you can get your funds back from rightbtc.

Have you contacted rightbtc's support?

Also, are you sure you sent Bitcoin to a Bitcoin (BTC) address? Could you have sent to a Bitcoin Cash (BCH or sometimes BCC) address?

Show them this link:

https://blockchain.info/tx/8477700e60ae7763c08188ffae3b5eaa94b8a91173812b97987ac9058c29349e

It's the transaction from your address

1DcKsGnjpD38bfj6RMxz945YwohZUTVLby
to
15nmVwGdgCa8knZKU7Tx84cjShGSjgGpYM

It's showing up as confirmed, so it should be credited to your account, provided you used the proper receiving address for the second exchange. The customer service rep probably doesn't understand what you mean. Tell them you sent coins to your receiving address, but it's not showing up on your account.

Some exchanges have a delay where confirmed transactions don't immediately show up in the account balance, so that's a possible scenario as well. Good luck!

No response from Rightbtc after sending 4 emails.....maybe i expected too much

Don't get too discouraged just yet. While I have not personally heard of RightBTC, they do push some decent volume on the exchange, so I'd love to assume that it's not a huge scam site. And support tickets on exchanges can take a while to respond. My average support tickets take between a week and two weeks for the bigger exchanges.

Also, in the future, make sure to google the exchange that you're lookig at joining. A lot of exchanges are scammy by nature, but designed very well to fool new users... If in doubt, just come here, use the search feature for the exchange and look at the results. Members here are generally pretty experienced with exchanges.

Welcome to crypto, and good luck learning about and using Bitcoin!

Are you sure you're using the correct site? It's possible you could have been duped with a phishing site. The correct URL should be:

https://www.rightbtc.com

I also don't feel like it's a scam, but they do seem to have a reputation for being slow:

https://www.reddit.com/r/RaiBlocks/comments/7o6evm/rightbtc_scam/

Granted, those are for withdrawals, but it offers a preview of the kind of customer service they have.
