Hi guys, I am based in Germany and bitcoin-24 is simply ignoring my attempts to contact them. Has anyone had any success? Any tips? I've waited patiently for over 3 months now, but find it a bit dodgy that even though their lawyers said people in Germany can get their money back, they have completely ignored my requests and I can no longer log in to my account.

Thanks a lot for any help.

I have 2400 Euro stuck in there. There is no way to contact them, except though the lawyer.

Edit: Try calling Christian Röhl and ask him where can you send your "Mahnung"

Yes, I am in the same situation as you are. Did you get any feedback from the lawyer?

I think is not the fault of bitcoin-24, but the banks that freeze the accounts. Very bad they killed bitcoin-24 they did really good until someone frooze their bank account.

I still have hopes Tongue Anyone had any luck? I'm still really confused as to why money sent from germany, to a german bank account, needs to be refunded from their Polish account.

There is a poll right now. Log in and vote. We might get 72% of our money soon.
