How To Buy Bitcoins Pay Pal?

I would like to send someone money for Bitcoins. What's wrong with using Pay Pal when you send the money don't say it's for Bitcoins just say it's for a service. Can I pay someone through Pay Pal for Bitcoins I need a small amount like $30 worth!

Because with paypal, you can chargeback/request a dispute anytime, while bitcoin, once sent and confirmed, it's impossible to be tampered with again, and the new owner owns the bitcoins entirely.  Add the 2 together, and what do you get?  A very unsuccessful trade.

You can buy Bitcoins with Paypal, if you find a seller. The problem is if you try to sell it, you could get a chargeback and lose your BTC for nothing. Because there's no seller protection for Bitcoins in Paypal/eBay.
