Oh, brand is Power Cooler, great card, just too much fan power is what I think caused the issue, had it set at a constant 80%, which is too much strain apparently.  I would swap the fan myself, but I've decided I don't care for mining and there are so many people with such a huge head start it's no longer worth it for me.
