it makes sense though cryptsy puts some orders in its chat. I often saw ad/publicity in the chat, and even racist comments there, which are definitely not appropriate there.

Its kind of an unspoken rule to keep banning drama from BTC-E, Cryptsy, etc on the exchange itself. There isn't much we can do for you here about being chat banned from a site that the forums has no affilation with.
