6970 Making weird sound when running it under stress...

This is not the fan or my hard drive I stop the fan on the card so it is not the fan and it only does it when ran under stress is this like a screaming capacitor or something?

Yeah they can squeel under load, its weird but its usually harmless. Fixed your link
Edit: try something like furmark and you'll hear it.

You sure that's normal also my card may be artifacting rename this to .mov and watch it and tell me if the card is artifacting at the end.

Right around the 2 min mark it seemed to distort, I haven't ran kombuster before so I don't know if thats a normal effect or not. I'm used to seeing errors in ram which show up as colored dots on the screen. Plus your temps look good.
