Before 3 days i sent him 0.24 BTC -  $2.000 for escrowing. and i told him to release funds immediately to my seller before 3 days. and he never replied to me. all messages are read but he did not replied.

Op is a scammer & liar. Those funds were sent to OgNasty's escrow by other member on this forum to buy 2 D3's from me. Funds are right where they should be, as items are shipped by me but not yet received by the buyer.

Can you prove he is Indian? you can file at http://cbi.nic.in/ If he is an Indian, but still you have to prove everything. Your account is newbie and looks like a liar.

Probably you got scammed by IRC scammers IRL and then you decided to trade and maybe sent funds somewhere else rather than sending it to Ognasty.

Thanks for confirming.  Users abusing this section with false claims is becoming a bit of a problem.  The boy who cried wolf is in full effect.  Thankfully the trust system is working wonderfully to weed out these malicious posters.
