I heard upwork from my client and she said it was her source of income but she did not told me that she pays bitcoin as her salary I thought it was a dollar that she received.Its good thing to know that those online job also accept btc as their payment to their workers and adapt its.Lots of people now ,crypto is indemand and many people try online job instead of being an employee.

This is an interesting thread. Upwork only pays in fiat but it would be nice to have platform that pays in cryptos. Even better if smart contracts can be integrated with them.

We all know this thing that there are number of people from all over the world who are busy in doing online jobs on different sort of freelancing website like that of freelancer and upwork. Itis actually a very good initiative to pay the project fee in the form of crypto currency rather than that of regular currency. You've been using the wrong platform. You're better off using one of the following instead:

1. XBTFreelancer
2. WorkingForBitcoins
3. cryptogrind
4. Coinality

That's true, Upwork needs to be paid inside their site and not outside. It is really against their rule, that is not allowed to have payment outside the contract. Once you are hired it means you need to be paid inside their site. I don't also know that there is a job in upwork that the payment is bitcoin, Upwork paid with dollar and that is what I know.

Exactly. I have tested coinality and working for bitcoins and they are a good platform. Although I have only ended up having one gig on working for bitcoin since it is still new, but over time, the early adopters always tend to get the best of the site in the long run as you accrue yourself some positive review and the competition in getting a gig is not that stiff. if Upwork will start paying in bitcoin, I am sure they would have made that known.

Paying others in the form of bitcoin of bitcoin and that too on a site like that of upwork where there are freelancers from all over the world is really a good thing. It will not help them in making of more money once they will be paid in the form of bitcoin but it will also help them in knowing about bitcoins and will also motivate them to invest in bitcoin thus resulting in increase in the demand of bitcoin.

Yes, these are the few top bitcoin related free lancing sites but they have good and bad aspects too. Since the sites are new, you will not find as much work and job as you will find in traditional  Upwork site but the positive thing is that users on these bitcoin sites are less which give you more of an opportunity to grab a job with much less competition.
