I have learnt a lot of things while actively trading in the crypto world and one of them is it not to hold, people say holders are winners but I believe that is wrong, you might wanna hold coins because it’s a strong project and has so many use cases, that’s good but let me explain which is better

As a trader I also thought holding was the best strategy and held oyster pearl till till the value of my holdings hit 10000USD, then it fell back again to 2000USD during all the fuds, and I didn’t sell because  I wanted to hodl.
Now that stupidity, what I was supposed to do was to sell at probably 9000 or 10000USD as it began to drop and buy again at 2000, buy low and sell high, that’s the best method, would have made so much more using that method, instead of holding foolishly, Its better to take advantage of the fud periods and wait till the coin drops drastically before you buy. So sell when you hear a fud is about to begin and buy the fucking dip

Ether and ripple agree, but the rest including even bitcoin, which as for me is no longer so popular, I think it's coins that will not give anything useful from investing in them. But this is your opinion and your risk.

What is your reason saying bitcoin no longer popular? I think you dont have reason for that.
Bitcoin can be crash if you said bitcoin not popular. The marketcap also will go down rapidly if its not popular anymore.

I'm holding a coin which rewards me with another coin as a proof of stake.
Yes! That's NEO, my love it gives me more and more gas just to hold it in wallet or in some exchanges. I'm in no point of selling this atleast a year. Very good upcoming ICOs are also coming on NEO platform.
