I am currently holding IPSX, Havven, Hydro and JesusCoin.  They seem to be doing well on the market... not yet stable but i believe they will appreciate over a period of time and yield more interest for me.

For a long time I do not hold anything but ETH (as a means of paying those tokens with which I want to speculate for a short time) and I have to hold, sometimes for a long time, those coins I hope to soon.

 I'm not a big fan of big cap coins like the ones you said but They're good picks in the long run especially if one is hodling for that long. I just focus on getting cheap, undervalued projects and hold till it appreciates. In the near future, I do plan to get in on some of the major projects and adding them to my portfolio. Currently, I'm holding Wanchain, Storm, ETH and Electroneum (Although I'm at a 64% loss on ETN already.)
