European Central Bank President, Mr Draghi said European Union banks could hold Bitcoin after future contracts are officially listed on US trading floors. In a speech at the European Parliament, he said, "Due to recent developments such as the listed future contracts on the US trading floors, which allows European banks to hold positions related to Bitcoin ".
