Mining may be not profitable Cheesy
My estimate is that miner should be cheaper than $8.4/GH to be profitable with current difficulty. Difficulty goes up, and estimate does not include hosting costs. And, miners are not available instantly for purchase.
So someones are puffing up miners bubble and I am expecting some boom in near future.

If you are referring to the individuals they are probably trying recoup hardware that will more or less be obsolete soon.

If you are referring to the small time resellers, they are just trying to sell some shovels while the gold rush still attracts some miners for a while.

If you are referring to the big companies, there is this thing called "pre-orders" where they can essentially take other people's money and get something made, then sell it back to them for more than what it cost to make, then keep the profit.

Things will get saturated someday or the other as difficulty rises.

Also whoever sells those miners dont deliver hardware's instantly they take your coins trade or do something to make more out of them and then deliver the requirements after months of waiting.

They simply make money from yours

Big miners, there are many lies around them even kncminer claims it is not. Asicminer is currently trustable, the price tag is lowered if you ask wholesale
