Every time I scroll past something in the goods section, I see this same advertisement. It's honestly starting to piss me off.

I'm pretty sure we are well aware of the 'wesellrigs' website. Advertising it on every thread that's selling hardware is VERY VERY bad imho.  Also, the multiple accounts is another thing. Why does that guy have like 10 accounts!?

Anyone else a bit annoyed about this?

Not sure if this is the right topic, but it seemed the closest I could get about complaining about another user.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Have multiple times. Doesn't seem to solve the problem.

It's a bit like the buttons in elevators that say "Close doors"... People love to push them in a sense of psychological fulfilment but supposedly they aren't even wired.

Bitcoin Core developer [PGP] Warning: For most, coin loss is a larger risk than coin theft. A disk can die any time. Regularly back up your wallet through FileBackup Wallet to an external storage or the (encrypted!) cloud. Use a separate offline wallet for storing larger amounts.

That's odd, because I couldn't find any reports for the posts in question...nor could I find those posts.

Oh, it works. But it does require a moderator to actually be around, which is not true 100% of the time.

Another mod must of deleted them, they were there a few days ago.

Anyways, thanks for reading -- I think I can lock this topic now. I'll just report them each time I see them.
