Project looks interesting, bounty pool - 1000 ETH - also is very attractive, but if you write something like this:
Campaign manager has rights to change the bounty rewards.
you can also write that bounty pool is 100 000 ETH.
Sorry, but I will not take a risk of few months of my time, without guarantee that at the end of campaign, bounty pool will not change to 10 ETH.

Bounty rewards will only be changed(proportionally) if we didn't reach our hardcap.

If bounty pool depends on number of sold tokens, you should write that in bounty rules (many campaigns have this rule). Usually they write that for rewards will be payd off 2% or 3% of collected funds. Then you don't need rule that can be very confusing for potential participants.
