Well depending on what you are learning, to go according to what you are thinking and planning, it takes analysis and investigation in keseluruan of some ico that exist. this will be very tiring, but in every quest should be done if you want the best. so always try to involve knowledge

To my opinion Fire Lotto ICO looks quite interesting.
Now it's available for US citizens also.

- Product is already working and lotteries could be already played.
- ICO team members have fintech and fiat lotteries industries experience.
- The program code is available for inspection.
- The token holder will receive a commission from each ticket sold in every drawing.

ICO starts in 10 days. Preregister now to get 15% discount.

You can actually check Kickcity project,  it seems to have huge contributions on the community and it's absolutely legit ICO.
A lot of ICOs now existed and it take time for you to choose what is best and it won't scam you. That's why you should be careful and think it wisely before taking steps on them.

Good long-term coins are ADA, XRP, ZRX, NEM, XLM. In my opinion.
From ICO, I would advise Helbiz. A good company that introduces a blockchain in the process of renting a vehicle. In my opinion, a very good long-term perspective!

I can recommend Safinus. It's not super hype project, but has a great idea. It is a new, modern platform that will be very successful after run.
