Maybe.  But if one had that single before the next difficulty increase one could expect about $450 income in the first two weeks, then $300 in the two weeks after, and $220 in weeks 5 and 6.  So far $970 and after two months about $1100 or 8.8 or so BTC. 

I would buy singles locally at 11 BTC.  I would think about it at 13 BTC.  15 BTC is looking like six months to never payback.

why would you be insulted ? it is a free market any one can offer you what he is able to pay, do not forget that your item is worth what is the maximum bidder is willing to pay it is not always worth what you wish to get,there is no reason to get insulted ! if you get insulted then you have personal issues!!

the OP is in stock. in stock bitfury and knc (lol right) are surely the same price or more. Also look at expected difficulty in the end of october 250M won't make much coins with less than 1TH..
but its really great to see your price per GH calculations on all auctions and sales posts! I never knew how to make such calculations. such luck you are here to help everyone out.
