As mentioned, does anyone run similar setup at home or in the office?

Can you attach a picture? How do you manage heat problem? Any advice?

I have seen pictures of people who are doing it, they usually put an extra fan or two in the case to help with the heat, and they leave the side panel off.

It's not any different then having a gaming rig with 2 GPUs in it (Crossfire or SLI). You need to manage airflow well with good quality intake and exhaust fans and ideally have an empty slot between the 2 GPUs. If you do that you should be fine.

cost effective is an open air rig, put beside window and an exhaust fan with it, 2 gpu's temp isn't that hard to manage actually.
