To prevent spam and account farming, both of these were getting out of hand and many users have been caught trying to create dozens of accounts to enroll in signature campaigns to earn money. Don't worry too much about the system, if you post good quality posts then you'll be rewarded.

Unless the person is very dedicated we should see less farmed accounts.

Newcomers shouldn't be anxious about merit.  Why would they?  When you join a forum, it's to read and contribute unique insights, right?  Right?

But yeah, we all know why people really come here and why most noobs are freaked out and frustrated with the merit system:  They came here to earn money, and having a low-ranked account is a hindrance to doing so.  In the old days (a month ago), some silly sapsucker could come here and rank up by posting one-line zingers.  That's all he would have to do.  Now?  It's a different game altogether.  Now you have to sing for your supper, relying on the graciousness of others for your merit points.

It's a pretty damn sweet system, I have to say.  I'm consistently and thoroughly aroused reading these piteous cries from would-be noob shitposters.  It's something that's probably never going to get old.

It's to stop users like you creating as many accounts as you like just to make x amount of shitposts over x amount of time just to rank up and exploit signature campaigns.

No longer can you just create 240 of these posts below over 8 months just to become a senior member. Now you actually have to contribute something worthwhile here if you want to earn your rank.

In behalf with the newbies out there, the implementation of these merit system make this forum healthier. This help avoid spam messages just by posting short comments as to adhere the number of post needed in thier signature campaign. So as to discourage creating multiple accounts which is evidently rampant in this forum. We will just hope that this smerits and merits will be given in a small scale value so that we could participate also in commending post that help us in our search and understanding in the system.

It's very simple. The purpose of the merit system is to avoid spam messages. Others are spamming because they are rushing their account to get a higher rank for them to participate bounty campaigns. So for the newbies out there and jr members like, we need more learnings about how this system works.

The Answer is simple that no you cannot post one liner shit posts and rank up. Also you cant farm accounts anymore as you will be needing merit.

The purpose is to get rid of people like you who are only shit posting just to make money. No one is anxiety expect people like you.

Whatever dude! If you read the thread posted by Theymos then you can answer your post here, it's just fair for us with this rules since you need to make creative move to gather merits..... It's just it will effect our earning when it comes to stakes earn in campaign based on rank (When you join campaign in the future)
