New MasterCoin Pool opened - upgraded

This is the first of my pools im re opening, the others will be open again soon

Site is now using newer code for front end and and stratum mining

Account balance and payouts currently running on 5 min intervals

blocks stats page is a bit jumbled looking still, but mining and payout working well
