not all exchange i ever use, some exchange i ever use is idex, ddex, etherdelta, forkdelta, indodax, QBTC, and stock exchange. From some exchnger I really like idex and ddex, for the reason of minimal exchange fees and features that are easy to use.

Binance is the best exchange with low transaction fees. There is a lot of exchanges available in the market. But each one has its different fees for transaction. I ethereum transactions takes high fees when compared to other exchanges. But binance is a very safe and secure exchanges. We can store our coins in binance exchanges without fear. Other exchanges are also good but transaction is very high.
you have a good choice, yes binance is one big exchange that gives ease in fee problem, I think that's why binance is so popular now it's hard to find an exchanger like this |

Of all the popular exchanges, I prefer Binance, because this is a really reliable exchange in which I am sure, besides, I am completely satisfied with its fee.

Based on my experience i prefare Binance and Bittrex they charged avoidable fee, very reliable with proof of integrity. I enjoying everyone to try their services.

Now I have found the cheapest coin exchange is Coinex. I really like the withdrawal fee here. (free withdrawal fee for BCH). it was great

Exchanges that has low fees.. Based from my experience.
Forkdelta, Etherdelta, IDEX my favorite but they have min
of 0.15 for eth pair trading .. , Coinbene, kucoin ..Mercatox 0.005 for eth trading...

I like CEX ( https://cex.io/) because of their fees. They're quite cheap. Yeah, there are exchanges with a lot lower fees, but it's not the only reason to use a service. CEX can offer a great security which is an aspect you should consider first. |

What I usually do when am making small fund withdrawal, and I want to avoid paying 0.001BtC because the fund is low, I will just buy BCH or Doge and move it to my low fee exchange say coinexchange as the case may be, I sell off and withdraw my BTC or simply trade.

The issue actually depends on the situation and the user, if you are asking about Bitcoin withdrawal fees then Binance, Kucoin, Yobit is best over other exchange like OKEx, Gate.io, Huobi etc. Another great option is a decentralized exchange like Crypto-Bridge. Fees won't be more than 0.0004 I guess. If any exchange charging you more than this, avoid that one.
