No. I think that he only wanted people to download his stuff, and never planned to pay anyone for it.

It really should'nt be a surprise! I was involved with his 1st offer and wasn't paid and now I'm going to install a random toolbar on my computer to get his 2nd offer. LMAO! Yeah ok!
