Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Connection? Check. Abuse? N/A.
I was not able to find the user enrolling with both accounts in either one of this. Elaborate.

I was not able to find the user enrolling with both accounts in either one of this. Elaborate. you should look spreadsheet in translation. gave the same ether address in two accounts. One Ether account can be used in different bounties by different people, but one should not participate in same bounty with same accounts. Anyway you can see what other people will answer to your question, but for both accounts are ok and they are not cheating by using one ether account. check the below thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2612586.5

Both has joined same campaign with different ether address in this post, and in the on post with same Ether, but here comes they might used to sell that tokens or participated for someone. One way shows they are cheaters and the other side they might used someone ether to participate in that campaign. Hope someone will scan the ether address to find real culprit.
