Betcoin is a SCAM

I have to belive that Betcoin (poker) cheated me out of my 0.05 btc before closing their business. This is a warning to everyone using their service. You crypto is not safe with them.  Someone logged into my account and chip dumped the money somewhere. I had a unique password and 2fa setup. On betcoin you have a wallet and the wallet is 2fa protected. I logged in to play and send my btc from the wallet to the poker site. I got an error message that the service was temporaly unaviable. After 20 minutes i signed off. I can see that the btc was transfered to the account a few hours later. It has not been withdrawn so I assume someone chip dumped it. I belive it was betcoin employers ripping off customers before going out of business. Beware they reopened the service again. Do not use betcoin under no circumstances.

I wrote to support about this but the just brushed me off like "that has not happened - you have just lost the money".
No i have not. After exchanging 2-3 mails with their Zendesk the support Email was offline and mails got returned. They said they checked the IP`s and no one besides me was logged in. Betcoin refused to provide the hand historys which lead to the loss.
Betcoin.ag is a scam and their managment is shady. They will take your btc whenever they like and tell you to fu$% off.
Do not deposit at betcoin. I can provide screenshots of the mails and log in history if needed.  

If you have made the same negative experience pls post in this thread. The incident occured on 21.11.2017 right before they went out of business.

I'm playing on Betcoin like 3-4 months now.
Never had a problem with them so far.. Realy unusual reading this. Hope it gets resolved, I guess.

If someone logged one to your account there's no way for him to rob you.

As betcoin, it will send you a notice to your email that someone is trying to log in with your account and you need to verify it.

Hey jossiel, exactly. That is like further proof that it is a system error, wallet misfunction or outright steal from betcoin. As stated in op i transfered from wallet to poker room got error messsage and hours later transfer went through but no chips in poker account. Support told me chips were lost but refused to give out hand histories. I am playing poker for 10+ years and never sth like this has happened. It is not about the amount. This is a warning to all my fellow gamblers. I never complained about any site ever before. Dont play at betcoin. Betcoin is a scam. Betcoin is not legit. Stay away from Betcoin.

I've been into their signature campaign before but I also left and I played few times with their poker but I never experienced any single problem.

But if that's your experience and you have lost your chips, betcoin should be responsible for it. Have you ever complained to their ANN thread or tried to post it there?

If you read through the diffrent threads on bitcointalk regarding betcoin there are scam accusations all over the place.
This site is not legit. Their rep did not reply to my questions. Never had an issue on any other site. Betcoin is a SCAM.

But if you want to have conversation with any of their representative, I doubt it they will comment here.

As I've said above that you can join their discussion to their ANN thread, they are much active there. And about the scam accusations, yes there are too many scam accusations against them and they have stopped their signature campaign after all but their operation is still running.

I dont understand what you mean? I got scammed once not twice. The matter is not gambling related. The account got comprimized by the operators. This is a service retated topic. But will also post in the scam section. Did i miss something here?

You can create a thread on the scam accustations section with necessary proofs then the DT members will take action against them if you got necessary proofs to show.Then no one will trust you if you are accusing an reputed site without any proofs.So colletct the details and make a thread in scam accustations.

Bro pls be serious. Did you read OP? It is stated clearly what happened. I can summarize it again for you. I log in and send balance from wallet to poker room. I get an error message. I try again and get same error message. I log out. Next day I log in and the balance is gone.
No withdraw. Check records and see transfer to poker room went through 4 hours after the error message and after that it is gone. Contact Betcoin support. Rep says you lost your money playing. I say pls let me see hand history. Rep tells me to literally fu&% off. 2 weeks later Betcoin closes Poker room. Support is not replying to emails. This is so obvious. And pls be resonable. Betcoin is a well trusted site? Come one brah. You kidding me? Pls google "Betcoin" and see the google auto complete. And why is the trust rating of their official rep like -200 on bitcointalk? All over this forum there are accusations against this shady site. Just because I did not happen to you? I am not writing this here for my benefit. My btc is gone. I do this for all fellow gamblers who like to punt their money away by themselves. What kind of proof can I provide? Pls let me know? Is the simple fact that the betcoin software/wallet was not working properly including sending my balance to the not 2FA protected poker room (from the 2FA protected wallet) 4 hours after the sending command was given not enough to be pissed? Is the complete denial of the Betcoin support about this simple fact not telling you something? So gamble wherever you like but not on Betcoin. This is my own experience. Do with it what you like.

PS: I am used to gamble for large amounts of money for 10+ years. I never had such a bad experience. This is not about me crying for my 3.50 $. Why should i inflict this large amount of writing into some random scam accusation? Why did my post in the Betcoin thread got insta deleted?
