I have to believe that Betcoin (poker) cheated me out of my 0.05 btc before closing their business. This is a warning to everyone using their service. You crypto is not safe with them.  Someone logged into my account and chip dumped the money somewhere. I had a unique password and 2fa setup. On betcoin you have a wallet and the wallet is 2fa protected. I logged in to play and send my btc from the wallet to the poker site. I got an error message that the service was temporaly unaviable. After 20 minutes i signed off. I can see that the btc was transfered to the account a few hours later. It has not been withdrawn so I assume someone chip dumped it. I believe it was betcoin employers ripping off customers before going out of business. Beware they reopened the service again. Do not use betcoin under no circumstances.

I wrote to support about this but the just brushed me off like "that has not happened - you have just lost the money".
No i have not. After exchanging 2-3 mails with their Zendesk the support Email was offline and mails got returned. They said they checked the IP`s and no one besides me was logged in. Betcoin refused to provide the hand historys which lead to the loss.
Betcoin.ag is a scam and their managment is shady. They will take your btc whenever they like and tell you to fu$% off.
Do not deposit at betcoin. I can provide screenshots of the mails and log in history if needed.

If you have made the same negative experience pls post in this thread. The incident occured on 21.11.2017 right before they went out of business.

Betcoin is a scam. Beware. I mean just look at their official bitcointalk rep with his -256 trust level. Lol Betcoin. Lol.

Write about them in the scam and acussation section buddy. There you can find the DT members and moderators will help you to make the people understand the scam attempt from this gambling site.

I see that they are one of the long time running project in the market but I am really amazed that they are scamming the investors and winners got the money theft.

Did you read what OP is talking about?

OP is saying that betcoin site is a scam but you're saying that Bitcoin is good for investment.

There is only one letter difference between both the words so you should read carefully.

They had already been proven as a scam before. So indeed no surprise here. There is that tendency that they will be scamming again, and who knows, maybe one day they will just close down shop and run with all the bitcoins in their wallets. Though maybe they are profiting a lot more by scamming players right now so they haven't run. But just maybe.

Is this news?

People nowadays are not doing research first before they choose or continue to play in a certain Casino. So we can expect more complains popping up here and telling that Betcoin is a scam while they are already proven scam a year ago. They really have a balls of steel for still playing on this kind of shit casino.  Grin

I'm sorry for your loss.

You need to move this to the Scam accusations thread.

Betcoin already has a red tag and it had it for a long time and people still gamble there o.o
Why? I really don't get it.

Looking for a signature campaign.

People still gamble there because when you google "betcoin" 1001 self made blogs pop up promoting the site and vouche for it. Also in this forum there is lots of counterspeach in favor of betcoin. Obv from ppl involved with the site. But you are 100% on point. It is stupid to gamble on betcoin. And that is exactly the point i am trying to get across here. So when you google betcoin. You find resources hinting you to the truth. Betcoin is a SCAM. Do not gamble there. Point blank.
