Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Thanks, I'll check it out. Also this monthly contest sounds interesting. Can you tell me more about them, how does it works and what are rewards? How long have you been using this pool, or are you the owner?

Also you should consider moving this topic to Pools(Altcoins) thread, because that is place for mining pools.
