Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

The safest would be for you to use hardware wallets like say ledger, trezor etc.
If you don't have them you can buy them here :
Ledger :- https://www.ledgerwallet.com/products
Trezor :- https://shop.trezor.io/
You can also use wallets like say electrum, a desktop lite wallet.
You can download it here :- https://electrum.org/#download

Edit: -
I think electrum wallet only support bitcoin not for XRP..
I knew it! I wasn't sure though. And my browser also has some issue when I tried searching it. Anyhow thanks.

I don't own any XRP nor want to. AFAIK Ledger the hardware wallet is the safest option and it support XRP. Also Toast wallet is good, But is not as safe as Ledger.

The only wallet that i heard and recommended by XRP devs is toast wallet  for desktop and mobile its an opensource wallet which is i think safe to save your XRP.
But you must save your secret key and wallet address for future restoration or recover if you are planning to recover it in other wallet..
You can download or check the toast wallet here https://toastwallet.com/

The safest hardware wallet that i heard is ledger nano and 2nd safe wallet is trezor like the posted above

Like others have said Toast wallet is a safe but not safest to store XRP. For anti-spam purposes you must keep at least 20 XRP in the wallet.

Everyone knows this. Do you suggestion on any online wallets and desktop wallets to save the XRP along with the bitcoins in the same wallet provider. I do not want the answer that hardware wallets are only the safest one.
I believe people having various coins in the online wallet those are attacked by the hackers but desktop wallet are not been hacked as of now. So is there any desktop one.

Safest is to not buy a coin which openly has most of their supply in the reserve --> owned largely by a few people on the foundation of a coin which aren't doing anything here. They're here to make some massive amount of money, though I would AVOID XRP at all costs right now like the plague.

I'd rather buy Tron then XRP.

Does any shill here for XRP still believe in the project?

There are so many safe XRP wallets these days, but i will share only a few with which i have personally interacted so far.
1. Coinpayments.net, it is the safest wallet for not only XRP but you can store upto 140 different digital coins with email confirmation option upon withdrawal.
2. Binance.com, This is almost known worldwide, whether you choose 1 or 2, both are secure and safe in my opinion

@pugman Thanks for the advise. Hardwallets are always the safest!

 @BitMaxz @kumara I really dont like Toast...

@LuckyBtc Why is it you dont want Ripple? You dont think the price will rise up?

@ninche Gatehub seems neat but... they only accept Passport as identity proof? How come? No ID card?

@squatz1  I also like TRON... so your advise is stay away from XRP?

@h0lybyte  Coinpayments.net seems nice. A bit confuse with the "Destination Tag MUST be set to: (number here)"

Who said Binance is a wallet ? Binance is an exchange and you should never trust your coins on an exchange wallet. If the wallet gets hacked tomorrow or due to any unforeseen circumstances the wallet goes down, you will lose access to all your coins.
Having said that, there aren't any official wallets for XRP,you can use hardware wallets as suggested above.

Anyone knows of a safe XRP Wallet?

 Thanks!

If you intend to stored it for long term then as suggested, use hardware wallets.

If you are doing XRP trades regularly, then that "safe" term will depend based on your view about the exchange/trading platform you will choose as you have no choice but to stored/placed it there where XRP is being traded. Risky as it is but somehow it's not wrong to "trust" some of the popular trading platforms out there.

You decide.

Everyone thinks they know everything but sometimes people do get confused. The reason why I got confused is because I don't use electrum. I use hardware wallets. So pardon my stupidity. I'm no expert but I know I shouldn't have provided the wrong info in the first place but thanks to BitMaxz I clarified my confusion. Thanks again.
