The original idea was raised by Dexaran (Eth dev) on Github. However, it seems most DEX available aren't compatible yet with ERC223 which prevent © from being transfer to their platform. We have discuss with few Dex owner and they are aware of the ERC223, here we list down few status for exchange.

ForkDelta give us a couple of week before they start adopting ERC223.
BANCOR Network -Confirmed via email their Network have not yet implement ERC223 and working for it
