My claim transaction failed, because it ran out of gas. Also I don't have 0.2 Ether on my wallet, I got less. Did it fail because I set the gas too low or because I don't have 0.2 Ether? Thank you.

It is because your balance is too low.
Suggested balance of 0.02 is good enough.
Before you sent the claim transaction, make sure your gwei is set to 10 or high. Setting it to 40 is too high.
